Coaching for Social Impact

Coaching for Digital Social Impact

Empowering Africa’s Technology-driven Social Change Together

Digital technologies enable social-impact and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Research, including Dr Epiphania’s PhD research shows that success of tech-driven social outcomes relies on the people and organisational capacity to deliver those outcomes. As a Coach and a Digital Development Professional, she therefore work with leaders, founders, and staff of tech-for-social-impact organisations to help them clarify their mission, surpass limitations and achieve goals to support their social impact missions and make meaningful impact to society.

Coaching for Women & Girls from Underserved Communities

Making Coaching Accessible and Available to Women and Girls from Underserved Communities

Research has shown, and experience has demonstrated, that women and girls are a vital demographic for any society to develop. Growing up in rural Tanzania, Dr Epiphania knows first-hand the personal and societal barriers that girls must overcome to progress from places of disadvantage. As a Development Professional, she believes in the shared duty to extend professional services to achieve social impact outcomes. She is therefore committed to coaching girls and women from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them embrace their stories and pursue aspirations with self-awareness, confidence, and authenticity – because as a woman progresses, so does society!

Coaching for Youth

Making Coaching Accessible and Relevant for Youth

We have seen not only from the political landscape but various other levels of society that youth are no longer just the proverbial LEADERS OF TOMORROW, but they aspire and strive to be LEADERS OF TODAY, but how equipped are they? It is without doubt that the young generation play a key current and prospective leadership role in society today. Combining her coaching and Development Professions, Dr Epiphania joins the efforts of the broader coaching community to make coaching accessible and relevant to youth. Specifically, she seeks to help youth synergise their intelligence, overcome barriers, pursue, personal and career aspirations with confidence and self-awareness. She especially focuses on group coaching sessions for youth at various societal levels. She also currently volunteers as a youth matron at her local church. By extending the transformation benefits of coaching to youth, she scales the impact of coaching beyond individuals to building resilient and thriving societies with capable young leaders.
